Poly ZTP

Hello,  we are seeing an issue with Poly ZTP now that is really causing us issues.  None of the cloud features are working at all anymore.  The buttons for those are grayed out.  They used to work previously, and I don't know when the issue appeared.  I just onboarded a new Poly ATA 402 and it got it's provisioning like it should have and I can see that it got it.  However, the cloud features like reboot, factory reset etc. are not available.  It also says Cloud Not Available on the device status page.

 

I now have 57 devices offline due to a change we had to make on our PBX that I cannot fix because they need a reboot.  Even after a reboot, the cloud features still don't work.

 

I checked the ZTP status page and it says all systems are working.  This affects all devices regardless of models.
