Hello, I am currently testing Poly Cloud Management and have installed the Poly Lens App including the Client Token on five clients.
On the first client, everything worked well, and the user, along with their associated devices, was visible in my management portal.
The next day, I performed the same installation on four other clients. I can see the users in my management portal, but they show the status Disconnected.
Although I see communication to the Poly Cloud servers on the firewall, they are still displayed as Offline.
The Poly Service Control service is running on all devices, and I also see in the client app that the IoT connection is showing as Connected.
However, in my management portal, the user is still shown as Offline.
Where could the problem lie?
