Hi, I found the Poly Lens Desktop app to install and you can update the drivers with it and see the internet speed and the jitter on your headset connection.

 

But this is an app that you need to install at all the pc's, because it works only on the local pc.

 

It there an app/tool or a way to manage all headsets that are in use as an admin?

So one tool that connects with al pc's in your company and gets data from the working of the headsets?

And where you can throubleshoot issues?
