Hi,
I have setup 8 Polys but the last one is not showing the Device PIN, all of the Polys are on the same network.
It says Registration status: Not connected, and the Device PIN is blank.
I tried to reset the Poly, but it's exatctly the same,
Can you please help me?

Welcome to the HP community.
Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.
This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
What are you trying to archive using the PIN? Have you set the server on the Device to Lens so Lens has full access to the devices, unlike the PIN registration which is limited?
