Hello ,
Welcome to the HP Poly community.
Once the new HP Poly Studio software is installed (replaced the former Poly Lens) a connected Poly R30 is shown:
Clicking on the Poly R30 Icon will move to the Device view
Controls will show you the camera and the controls you can make changes to
Setting allows general settings like the Hz setting and/or Wifi etc.
If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
Best Regards

Thanks for the quick reply. When I select the R30, my only options are Overview and Resources. Control and Setting options are not available/shown. Studio R30 is not listed as an option to select in Poly Lens Tenant.

Hello @TJung ,
What Software Version is the Poly Studio R30 running? My test was with the latest 2.1.2
Maybe you need to uninstall HP Poly Studio, download Poly Lens Desktop via Poly Lens Cloud under Desktop, upgrade the software and then use Poly Lens or revert back to HP Poly Studio.
