Hi Community,
My company had bought the Polycom Real Presence Group 500 from the reseller here in Malaysia on the year 2017, we managed to organized few meeting by calling in to Polycom with using mobile app withTelco mobile data, however in the year 2018 after we upgraded Polycom mobile app then we can't dial in to Polycom anymore, the reason given by the reseller was because the Telco ISP was blocked Polycom video streaming port , we will like to find out the actual problem of this matter because we think is due to your new applications in your mobile app that caused Telco ISP blocked Polycom video streaming. The reseller recommended us to buy “ZOOM” web video conference that can solve my current issue which either block by ISP or any firewall block by third-party company those wants to join the video call, but we are doubts with 2 matters :
1) Why before Polycom updated the mobile app, the Telco ISP DO NOT block Polycom video streaming before the year 2018?
2) Why mobile Telco ISP blocking the Polycom video streaming, but other applications like ZOOM, Skye of Bussiness will not block by Telco ISP?
Hope to hear from your reply soon, thank you.

Hello @rgudinio
Welcome to the Poly community.
We, Poly, have no influence over a mobile phone provider. Please work with your service provider.
EDIT: Maybe look at using a VPN in your organization?
Best Regards
