Hi All,
I'm having trouble upgrading and/or doing a fresh install with the Poly Lens 1.50 / 1.5.1 software. It installs fine, but I cannot open the Poly App, and nor does the system tray icon appear.
I've tried upgrading from 1.40 and also completely uninstalling and doing a fresh install, but the result is the same. I've never had any issues with previous releases up to an including 1.4.0. So for now I've had to revert to 1.4.0 as that's the latest version I can get working.
My workstation is running Windows 11 22H2. Any help/advice would be much appreciated.
Many Thanks..

Hello @JamesK75 ,
welcome to the HP Poly community.
is there a specific requirement you would need to upgrade to 1.5.x? These are for specific use cases around Cisco Jabber and "normal" users would not require them.
If you need this I suggest you use the Lens Mopinion Bug option via https://lens.poly.com/appfeedback
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

Hi Steffen,
In all honesty I probably don't need it. However, the app is constantly checking to see if there is a new version and reminding/prompting me to update the app. I haven't seen a method of turning off auto-update and/or the reminders.
In the past the auto-update has always worked flawlessly, so I don't know what's going on with 1.5.0. When the app reminded me again today and I saw the version increased to 1.5.1 I'd hoped the issue had been resolved. But the same issue persists.
Best Regards... James
