I have a problem to uninstall pre-installed Poly Lens software with version 1.4.0.6062 from my device.
Uninstall location "c:\swsetup\APP\Applications\Poly\PolyLens_447JB2\1.4.0\src\" is not available and therefore the uninstall process needs the correct msi file instead.
I already tried to update this software with downloadable Poly Lens msi file "PolyLens-2.1.1.2761.msi" but without success. Installation seems to abort within the update process and Poly Lens software remains on version 1.4.0. Updating Poly Lens within the integrated update setting runs into an unexpected error. That's why I would like to repair or uninstall this software with the correct msi file...
Can someone help me to find the old msi file of Poly Lens with version 1.4.0.6062 for download, please?
Many Thanks for that!!

Unfortunately, downloading older versions of Poly Lens directly from Poly's website may not be possible unless you have access to specific customer support or resources. However, here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
1. Check for the Original MSI File
Sometimes, the MSI file is bundled with the pre-installed software on your system. Try looking in the C:\Windows\Installer folder for any related Poly Lens installation files (they may be hidden).
Alternatively, check the C:\swsetup folder for a previous installation package that might contain the uninstall MSI file for version 1.4.0.
2. Use Third-Party Uninstaller
If you can't find the MSI file:
Revo Uninstaller or IObit Uninstaller can help remove stubborn software by scanning for leftover files and registry entries that might not be removed by the regular uninstall process.
3. Contact Poly Support
Since you're trying to uninstall a specific version, reaching out to Poly Support directly could help. They may be able to provide you with the exact MSI file for version 1.4.0.6062 or guide you through a more advanced uninstallation process.
4. Install Version 1.4.0 Again
If you have access to the Poly Lens 1.4.0 installer, try re-installing that version first, then attempt to uninstall it using the standard method.
5. Manual Removal
In some cases, manually removing the software via Control Panel > Programs and Features or the Settings app might work if the installer isn’t properly available.
After uninstalling or successfully updating the software, you can then proceed to install the newer version.
