Please see the below as a rough guide only, we cannot provide details around what account you would require from our Partner Microsoft and neither can we advise you around any settings that are prerequisite to use Microsoft Teams.

In order for others to find this post and not need to struggle I provided some screenshots.

After a factory restore the device is most likely no longer paired to the TC8 or TC10. Both devices need to be on the same LAN segment.

The TC will display:

Navigate on the Studio X, G7500 or G62 to General Settings > Device Management

An unpaired TC will show as an available device. Now click on Pair and confirm to Pair.

If the pairing worked the device will now show under the connected devices:

The TC will show this:

Now ensure that you have the latest available Firmware Installed via selecting Download Update From and use the dropdown Box to select Polycom Support site.

NOTE: Sometimes a Provider like Microsoft Teams or others may not support the very latest Firmware until verified so you can downgrade from their Platform again.

A download will show this via the Web Interface:

A TC will show this:

When the device is running in Poly Mode the UI of the device and the TC will look like this:

If there is an issue with the Pairing or the device is being rebooted the TC will show this:

SteffenBaierUK_9-1757402619266.png

If you want to use another Provider navigate to General Settings > Provider and select one from the dropdown list:

In this example we focus on Microsoft Teams but other providers are available.

The device will reboot and the TC will install the relevant application:

Once Microsoft Teams is installed both the Studio X, G7500 or G62 and the paired TC(s) will display this:

SteffenBaierUK_12-1757402619017.png

This will then progress to this:

These codes should then be added via https://microsoft.com/devicelogin for both devices aka the Studio X, G7500 or G62 and the connected TC(s).  This process will "pair" the devices to each other via the Internet. They are already paired via the ethernet using PolyOS pairing.

SteffenBaierUK_14-1757402619015.png

As a final result the TC "should" show:

SteffenBaierUK_17-1757402699892.png

The Studio X, G7500 or G62 will have a simplified version via the TV UI of the above TC without any Icons and should only display the Calendar and the bar code

Troubleshooting:

For more details please check Microsoft's Documentation https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/rooms/create-resource-account?tabs=m365-admin-cente...

Any errors after this would need to be consulted with our Partner Microsoft as after this stage the Microsoft Pairing process starts. This has nothing to do with HP Poly

SteffenBaierUK_19-1757402938104.png

The above means the devices cannot find each other via the Internet.
