Product: HP DeskJet Plus Ink Advantage 6475 All-in-One Printer

Здравствуйте! После заправки картриджа принтер перестал печатать, хотя в приложении  HP Smart указано, что краска в картридже есть. Диагностика в приложении не помогает(пишет, что с устройством всё ок). Что мне можно предпринять?
