Принтер 3785, купила цветный картридж , принтер его принял , оригинал , но не печатает цветным , только чб. Через приложение головку прочистила . Что делать ?

Printer cartridge probably is dry and needs some cleaning.

Yes, sometimes if the cartridge are stored for long time they can be dry.
