Hi @Basant_Kumar,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand there might be an issue with the toner cartridge not aligning correctly or getting stuck. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Check for Obstructions: Ensure there are no obstructions or foreign objects inside the toner compartment that could be preventing the toner from rotating properly.
- Inspect the Toner Cartridge: Check the toner cartridge for any damage or irregularities. Ensure that the toner cartridge is not cracked or otherwise compromised.
- Align the Toner Cartridge: Carefully align the toner cartridge with the guides in the printer. Make sure it is correctly seated in the slot before attempting to rotate it.
- Rotate Slowly: Gently try to rotate the toner cartridge 180 degrees. Do not force it; instead, apply gentle pressure and see if it starts to move.
- Clean Contacts: Check the contacts on the toner cartridge and inside the printer for any dust or debris. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean them if needed.
- Reinsert the Toner Cartridge: Remove the toner cartridge again and carefully reinsert it, making sure it is properly aligned with the guides and slots.
- Consult the Manual: Refer to the printer’s user manual for specific instructions on installing the toner cartridge.
- Update Firmware: Ensure that your printer’s firmware is up to date, as sometimes firmware issues can affect printer operations. Update the firmware on an HP printer

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
