Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This printer sits within an office and has around 10 users. I originally installed the printer and I am able to print up to 1200dpi for all of my print jobs (on Microsoft Edge and MS applications etc). However, none of the other staff are able to choose a quality setting above 600dpi. They have 300dpi and 600dpi as an option. I have tried Edge on their computers, I have tried updating default printer settings, and giving them higher permissions within the printer. Still no fix, can you please advise?
