@DaveDD425, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your 143A Reload Kit will not rotate!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If your 143A reload toner kit is not rotating in your HP Neverstop MFP 1202w, try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure Proper Installation
- Make sure the toner reload kit is properly inserted.
- Check that it is aligned correctly with the toner port.
2. Check for Protective Seals
- Some toner kits come with a seal that needs to be removed before installation.
- Ensure you have removed any plastic covers or seals.
3. Verify Printer Readiness
- Restart the printer and try again.
- Check the printer display for any error messages.
4. Apply Gentle Pressure
- Try gently twisting or pressing the toner kit to ensure it engages with the mechanism.
- Do not force it too hard, as this could damage the kit or printer.
5. Clean the Reload Port
- Use a dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the reload port in case of any obstruction.
6. Check for Kit Compatibility
- Ensure you are using an HP 143A toner reload kit, as incompatible kits may not work.
7. Update Firmware
- Sometimes, an outdated printer firmware can cause toner detection issues.
- Update your printer’s firmware through the HP Smart app or HP website.
Let me know if you need further guidance!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
