Product: 150nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My company has two 150nw color laser printers that were purchased in Europe and included with equipment that is now located in the US.  The included cartridges are all 117A.  We purchased all new 116A cartridges because we didn't realize that apparently different regions use different cartridges.  Unsurprisingly, the printers refuse to accept the 116A's.  Is there any way to change the printer region to North America or otherwise make them accept the 116A's?
