It was time to replace my black cartridge. When I did so, it said that the cartridge was incompatible. I followed all the troubleshooting guidelines on the virtual assistant, even replacing the cartridge with the one from the same shipment, to no avail. Then, I remembered that I had one cartridge left from the previous shipment and tried it; it worked!
I have noted on the website that many people are experiencing the same thing, so there must be a faulty batch.
However, I have been attempting to contact the company through Instant Ink to have my two faulty cartridges replaced urgently as part of the Instant Ink program. I can not get a response. This is my last cartridge that I loaded, and I have no assurance that these two faulty ones will be replaced. I am 2 days away from submitting my substantial dissertation to Cambridge - this couldn't be happening at a worse time
