202A Cartridge incompatible with Color LaserJet MFP M281fdw due to regional setting

Hi,

I moved from Brazil to Denmark and brought my LaserJet MFP M281fdw with me - I  bought HP genuine cartridges, but when installed they are incompatible with the printer. After researching, seems like this is an issue with the regional setting of the printer and the cartridges. I have bought 4 x HP203A cartridges locally in Denmark and would like to use my printer please.

I am using WIndows 11.

How can I reset my printer from Brazil to Denmark?

I'd like to help!

I understand you moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
