Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw

I have tried 3 new HP 202x ink cartridges in my HP Color Jet Pro MFP M281fdw  printer/fax and I am getting an error "Indicated cartridges blocked for containing a non-HP chip."  These are genuine HP products,  purchased 2 from Amazon Business and 1 from Office Depot. Any thoughts?

Install the latest firmware: HP Color LaserJet Pro M280-M281 Multifunction Printer series Firmware Update Utility 

Be sure to read the instructions.
