Hi,
When I try to add money to my Instant Ink account from my £25 prepaid card, I get an error message saying "Server Error. Try again soon."
After weeks of trying, my account is now out of credit and I am not able to print.
The same thing happened the last time I tried to top up (someone at my company had to phone HP Support to activate that one) and a colleague of mine is having the exact same problem with his account/top-up card.
I've looked through the forums for a fix, but the issue only seems to have been resolved through private messages.
I would be grateful if you could contact me to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
