I Received ink by mail from HP for my Deskjet 3630 and black is fine but colour keeps giving cartridge error.
Have tried all the troubleshooting but still kaput. How do I get a replacement from HP as I'm signed up for ink.

I see that the color Instant Ink cartridge is not working.
Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error
If the issue persists, to assist you better, I would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
