HP Recommended

Hello, I have a F5S02B with 302 Ink cartridges. I recently bought new ones, however i accidentally touched the ink "nozzle" on the underside, and now the printer wont recognize is as a geniuine HP cartridge. The other cartridge (black) works just fine if I remove the "damaged" color cartridge. Is there a way to clean or otherwise restore the color cartridge to normal?
