I have an HP 7155 Envy Photo printer I bought in the United States. I recently moved to Italy, and needed new printer ink. They do not sell HP 64 cartridges here, only HP 303 cartridges which are listed as being compatible with the HP 7155 printer. However, the printer is telling me the cartridge is not compatible. I read online that I could somehow fix this problem by contacting HP support, however I can only choose the virtual agent (which is useless for this issue) or the HP expert center. I don't see any option to actually connect with an HP employee, perhaps because my warranty is expired. Does anyone know if I can actually make these cartridges work? Or I am just SOL because I can't get 64 cartridges in Italy?

Hi @ADRE2554,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you moved, and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
