Dear HP, I purchased 364 ink cartridges for my 6520 all-in-one series. getting message 'one or more cartridges appear to be missing or damaged' Install or rplace.
Tried removing and reinserting. Same message. These are genuine hp N9J73AE cartridges.

I understand you are not able to use the new ink cartridges. Insert one ink cartridge at a time and check for the error to identify the defective one.
Try using an alternate(old/new) ink cartridge if available.
Check if the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
