Product: HP DeskJet 3752 All-in-One Printer

Hi all, recently obtained a nearly new 3752 printer which I'd like to use at home. My issue being that I can't get it to accept the 304 ink cartridges that HP recommend that I use here in the UK. It's reading the cartridges but deeming them incompatible for this device. I did manage to print a test page but that's about it. Any help is greatly appreciated

Welcome to HP Support Community! 

  

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.  

  

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
