Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9014e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello,
my 9014e got out order. a new package of cartdrges was already sent. HP replaced the device and send a new 9014e again with a new set of cartdriges plus (don't kno why) I received an additional package with cartdriges.
So I am having 3 new, full sets of cartdriges now.
As I am within the HPsmart programm with automated sending of new cartdriges when it is close to empty,
the new 9014e will send a signal when tt will come to this situation - and HP will send me a new set.
How can I pause the automated sending of cartdriges until I have used up the two additional sets I already have?
Thank you.
Michael
