Product: HP DeskJet 2722

I purchased the HP DeskJet 2722 printer from Walmart.  It came with 4 month trial of Instant Ink.  When I enter the code printed on the back of the card that came with the printer, it says it is an invalid code.  Can someone help with this?  Thanks!

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
