4250 LaserJet Printing Lower on Paper

Hi all! 

I've got a laserjet 4250 printer that happens to print lower on the every page, the print starts about 1 inch lower on the page and at the bottom runs off from the page (i.e. content is missing). We used to have a different laserjet 4250 with the same settings that printed fine but we updated that one. We're not necessarily looking to update this Laserjet 4250 and I'm not the best with printers, any advice would be great, thank you!

What about internal printer pages from the printer reports menu how are those printed? Try printing both from the lower tray and manual feed ( tray1)

So far it seems that printing reports from Tray 2 does not work either. We do use the printer for printing paper which is a little longer but even the regular paper doesn't show well.
