Prints are coming out with splotches down the page, like ink is getting stuck and repeating. I've cleaned it out and don't know if this is a toner issue or if I'm not cleaning it properly. It's always in the same spot and seems to grab whatever is at the top of the page. Attached is cleaning page after I cleaned the inside of the printer. Thanks!!
