Product: HP LaserJet Pro M15w Printer

44A Cartridge not being accepted

 

Hello, I bought HP LaserJet M15W in New Zealand a few years ago, which it used 48A cartridges in New Zealand. However, now I moved to the UK, which M15W uses 44A cartridges in the EU and I am only able to buy 44A cartridges here.

 

The HP website says M15W should be compatible with both. That’s why I purchases a 44A cartridge.

 

My printer keeps showing 'incompatible toner' after I tried to put in a 44A HP original cartridge and it doesn't allow me to print, and there is no way I can buy 48A cartridges in the EU.

 

I saw another post very similar to my issue and it was solved properly. Therefore, I would appreciate that you could let me know how to do NVRAM reset to let me use the printer properly?
