Product: 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

OfficeJet 4650. Printing a page that was white letters on black background, so a LOT of black. Part way through, black started fading out and stopped printing by the end of the page. Ink level shows "Level ok",  but level icon shows about 25% full. Diag pages show no black print. Has a newer black cartridge through 'Instant Ink' and I just replaced color cart also. Both HP cartridges. Trying to get a 'chat' going is about impossible; I guess I don't know the right 'handshake'. Any help getting this figured out and maybe getting a chat session going with HP?  Thanks.

Did you resolve the issue? I have the same problem. It is "printing" but the black ink isn't showing up.

Chatted with Instant Ink  and getting sent a new black cartridge.
