Product: HP Envy 6032

Hello,

I installed my new HP Envy printer last Tuesday and today (Sunday) tried to redeem my 5 month free trial of Instant Ink.

I completed my subscription but it looks like I received NO free months at all. Is there a way to remedy this? I have tried to redeem my 5 month free trial within the first week of installation so I don't know what went wrong.
