Hi,
I've just purchased the HP Envy 6032 at Currys 3 days ago and the packaging, the leaflet inside the box, the Currys product page say it includes a 5 month trial of InstantInk. However, after enrolling, I cannot see the 5 month trial on my account.
Can anyone help me with this?

If you have a Wireless Printer download the HP Smart app and sign up. Also check HP Smart
link to see your printer and pages/ink options. You can call their Support Line for help too.
My printer is a different model wireless which was very difficult to setup - but the Support Line
worked with me to get it online. There was no complete info in the box . I also took the ink plan.
Hope this helps?

I forgot to mention - Your printer should be ON and ON the Internet (all the time) for HP to update your account -- at least this is what I found. When I go to my account it updates again. Being on all the time, updates your account and can be used wirelessly.
