Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I bought a new color 60 ink cartridge and installed it. I keep getting an error "At least one of the cartridges has a problem” and won't allow me to go any further. My printer's firmware is also up to date. If someone can help, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.
