I have a 6230 printer Officejet Pro. It was working fine but when I replaced the Black ink cartridge it makes a sound like it is printing but the page comes out blank. I've tried everything I could find on line: updating the driver, best one was already loaded, resetting the printer, no test page will print, also blank. HELP!
