Product: 63/302 ink
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried to use 63/302 ink in my OfficeJet 383Theprinter says that in order for these cartridges to work i have to sign up the the pay-as-you go HP ink service.  What's up with that?  Can i get around that somehow?  I bought them because they hold SO much more ink.  Thanks

I understand that 63/302 ink cartridges won't work in my OfficeJet 3830.

 

Are you using HP genuine ink cartridges?

 

Please let us know where did you purchase the printer ( region). And where are you located now?
