HP Recommended

Thank you, Bob! I agree that buying off Amazon is a risky venture. Many sellers are selling defective stuff that are much easier to get rid of and make a profit from when selling on Amazon vs selling through a brick-and-mortar store. I will go to Best Buy tomorrow and purchase the best deal there, whether it is HP or not. I actually have had HP laptops and printers before with no problem. I was overreacting to how my new HP printer, desktop, and monitor all had issues at the same time. I was overwhelmed. Now things have shaken out.
