Hello,

In the midst of printing, it sllloooowwweeed down and went from black ink to red ink.

Printing b/w PDFs, btw.

The black is showing 100%, and color around 70% and these are relatively new cartridges (65 XL for both b/w and tricolor) say a few months.

I went through the cleaning, alignment and color is messed up.  I only see magenta and black.

How can I fix this at home?

What can HP do to replace these?

@123kim, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I see that the print quality is not satisfactory. Make sure you are using HP inks.

Install one ink cartridge at a time and try printing to identify the defective ink cartridge.

 

Also, make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues
