Hi, I have a HP Deskjet Plus Ink Advantage 6475 printer. The recommended ink for this printer is the 667 or 667xl. However, I am not able to find this ink . Is the 67 or 67xl the same ink and will it work with this printer?

Hi @BalaB,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The HP Deskjet Plus Ink Advantage 6475 printer is compatible with the HP 667 and 667XL ink cartridges. The 667 and 667XL cartridges are specifically designed for this printer model.

May I know if you have changed the region?

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Thank you for the reply. Yes - I bought this PC in Panama, and have since moved to Atlanta in the US. Will I not be able to get the printer ink in the US?

Hi @BalaB ,

Thank you for your reply

I'd like to help!

I understand you moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
