6830 OfficeJet all in one printer willnot print the color cyan

Guys.. I have tried everything on this printer except trying to change the printhead .. diagnostics, cleaning print heads all three levels and repeatedly changed cyan cardriges 

but the old timer will not print (blue) cyan..
