The cyan is not working on the printer.  cartdrige is full.. i have cleaned serval times

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

I understand that you are facing issues with printing in color. 

 

Update the firmware by selecting the current OS. Click here.

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, then this could be either the cartridge is faulty or the printer needs to be checked.
