I have a Envy 7130 on the instant ink plan. The printer gets occasional weekly usage. For the 3rd successive time the black cartridge has indicated and error message "Please remove and reinstall".  Always happens after about 50 to 80% of the ink has been used. The two previous occasions when it's finally been possible to contact somebody and the endless firmware updates / reboots and general ink cartridge hokey cokey, it finally becomes clear the cartridge is at fault. I obviously can't get another sent out to me while this is ongoing from HP Instant Ink. Why is this so difficult? Why does it take an hour of diagnostics to prove the obvious, ie defective cartridge. And why does it keep happening? I see from the community that I'm not alone with this problem.

I love the concept of the Instant Ink service, when it works it is brilliant. But yet again I've been stopped dead in my printing tracks by this old friend of an issue. Why it is so hard to get assistance with this issue? Anyone recommend a way of easily getting this resolved?
