HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-One Printer - C311a

I have a HP photosmart 7510 c311a printer. I had to change the ink cartridges so I changed all of them to HP ink cartridges.  Now I get cartridge problem on my screen & it won’t let me go to settings or anything. The hp support app says a cartridge is missing. But they are all snapped in place & all new hp cartridges.

what can I do to fix this? I restarted the printer took cord off & rebooked it up.
what is up with this ? Thank you

ps I never had any problems till I changed all the inks. I even put old ones back in & nothing
