8015 printer, 20 monts aged, wrong color ptints. I'd installed new color cartridges and cleaned/aligned heads three times but the problems still on. Black prints are fine. Color prints are wrong (see attached)
Can anybody help me?

I understand you are facing a print quality issue.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues, and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
