my 8028 all in one ink jet printer will not print blue anymore  I have cleaned the printheads, done all the other maintenance routines and still no luck.  I have changed out my blue cartridge and still no luck.  I understand that some blue cartridges are defective, but I am on instant ink replacement and have not gotten any notices the cartridges are bad.  My understanding is also you cannot replace the printhead on this series of printers(you can buy a new printer for the cost of a new printhead).

 

Any advice out there?
