Purchased printer in USA best buy store
Ink supposedly purchased from Amazon.com z10
950 black made in Malaysia z10
951 yellow made in Singapore z10
cyan made in Singapore z10
magenta made in Singapore z10
I gifted it to my sis a while back and she's been all over the world with it so I don't know if anyone changed the regionalization.
Every thread shows hp agents needed for regionalization if cleaning and power reset wasn't resolving.
The printer is no longer in warranty and the ink cartridges are under warranty but the support page for it doesn't work as if obsolete. Trailing these issues I'm unable to speak with an hp agent to get further information.
I know how to access the menu as needed but can't find the process to address it.
I would like to use up these cartridges if possible as it seems she's tossed out multiple new cartridges without my knowledge since she returned to the USA.
Thanks for your time

Hi @xStylishx,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you moved, and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.
NOTE: regional reset is attempted on a best-effort basis, it might not work on all printers.
If this does not work, we cannot re-attempt it as it may brick the printer
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
