HP Photosmart 8750 Printer
Microsoft Windows XP

photosmart 8750 won't print tri-color cartridge. Computer shows current levels for it but it just won't print. We've tried cartridge clean program but it didn't make any difference. It's a new hp cartridge not re-manufactured.

@khodgens, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I see that the printer is not printing in color. Try making a standalone color copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Have you tried an alternate color ink cartridge and check if that works?

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Troubleshooting Print Quality Issues

Clean the printhead, ink cartridges, and try printing a test page. You may do this from the printer screen. Setup > Tools.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
