9 Months Ink

Hey, I have a printer and the box states 9 months free Ink on sign up. However, upon sign up there's no way to claim this offer as I have no "promo code" that the website asks for. Therefore, what would be the next step to claim it? Is there anything I can do? The printer is a HP DeskJet2723e.

Kindly share the image of the box where it says, you can get 9 months of free ink on signing up. I will look into it.
