I've recently bought and set up. Thought I had registered for 9 month free ink offer but don't know where to find details should i wish to cancel. Should i have received some confirmation?
Not sure where to enquire. Can anyone help and suggest an email address prehaps.

I understand you are looking for information on the 9 free months of ink. To assist you better, is this offer mentioned on the printer box?
Did you setup the printer and enroll in Instant Ink within 7 days of its purchase?
Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
If the suggested information can't be found, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
