I bought the aforementioned printer in November and was told as a selling point I could get 6 months free. When it arrives, there is a sticker that offers 9 months free. When I followed the on screen instructions I got 1 month instant ink for 99p (not even for free). I have until this day been unable to redeem this offer. I have seen many posts with a similar issue and would like to know who I can send a photo of the offer to so that I may red

I'm afraid this document doesn't solve the issue as I have already enrolled but there was no option available to initiate a free trail only a 1 month for 99p. Which isn't even free. I'm currently feeling rather let down as is was the reason behind the purchase in the first place.
