Product: HP Officejet J4580 All-in-One Printer

I need HP 901 Ink Cartridges for my older J 4580 Desk jet Printer. Are they discontinued, or does HP offer another cartridge that will work with my printer?

The HP 901 cartridges have been replaced with HP 60 cartridges, see the HP site here:

 

New package and label for HP 60, 121, 300 ink cartridges

In November 2022, HP changed the package and label for HP 60, 121, and 300 ink cartridges.

Package and label changes

Cartridges with the new labels and packaging are genuine HP products.

  • The new packaging has an orange banner with the message “Replaces HP 703, 901” or “Replaces 901.”

  • The new label is marked “60/121/300/675/703/818/901” or “60XL/300XL/675XL/703XL/901XL.”

HP 60XL tri-color, 300XL tri-color, 675, 703, and 901 ink cartridges have been discontinued and are replaced by HP 60, 121, 300 ink cartridges.
